Job Description

Role: MIS Executive

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience : 2+ Years

Budget: Max 4 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting from various sources (CRM, ERP, Excel sheets, etc.).
Automate reporting processes using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros), SQL, or reporting tools.
Analyze trends and data sets to identify business insights and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with various departments to gather data and understand reporting requirements.
Ensure data integrity, validation, and accuracy in all reports.
Create documentation for processes, data flows, and report definitions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, VBA).
Working knowledge of
SQL
and database querying is a plus.
Experience with
reporting tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is an advantage.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
