Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools to provide accurate business insights and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments to ensure accuracy.
Automate reports and processes to improve efficiency.
Generate ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
Track KPIs, business performance, and prepare presentations for senior management.
Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) for data inputs.
Maintain databases and ensure timely delivery of reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, IT, Statistics preferred).
1–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, Macros).
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Google Sheets, or other BI tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
