MIS Executive

The MIS Executive will assist in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing management information reports and dashboards. The role involves collecting data from various sources, verifying its accuracy & updating reports regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and verify data from internal systems (e.g. Tally, Excel files).
• Assisting in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per management requirements.
• Timely maintaining and update MIS databases and spreadsheets accurately.
• Analyse data and highlight trends, variances, or exceptions.
• Assist in developing new MIS formats, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders for review.
• Perform basic data cleaning and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Support the team seniors in ad-hoc data requests and projects.
• Maintain proper documentation and backup of all MIS reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, Linking sheets, etc).
• Basic understanding of database queries is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS/Data Entry/Reporting role

Working Hrs: Weekdays 9:00 am to 7:30 pm |Saturday’s till 3 pm | Sunday: Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,875.23 - ₹22,000.00 per month
