Profile: MIS Executive

Department: Operations/Data Management

Reporting Person: Director

Experience: Minimum 1 yr.

Location: H Block, Sector 63, Noida

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing company databases while supporting customer-related operations and verification activities. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth coordination between teams and clients to support business operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, update and maintain all customer-related databases with accurate information.
Analyze data to identify patterns, gaps and actionable insights.
Conduct customer data verification through calls, emails or system-based checks.
Coordinate with the reporting manager to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and consistency of all data records.
Assist in process improvement initiatives related to data management and reporting.
Timely submission of accurate MIS reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
1–2 years of experience in MIS, data handling, or customer verification roles.
Good communication and problem-solving skills (verbal and written).
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and verification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
