Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining data reports to support online business operations. The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Accuracy:
Maintain 100% accuracy in daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Data Timeliness:
Ensure all reports are delivered within defined timelines.
Stock Management:
Support procurement with stock movement, expiry tracking, and vendor analysis.
Operational Efficiency:
Support automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual reporting time.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams for data validation and reconciliation.
Insights & Analysis:
Consolidate data from multiple pharmacy outlets and ensure accuracy

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in
MIS or Retail Pharmacy operations.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
(formulas, pivots, dashboards).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management.
