Job Description - MIS Executive
Role Overview:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports,and ensuring accuracy of information shared with management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Automate repetitive reports using MS Excel, macros, or other tools.
Maintain and update databases as per company requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant data.
Identify trends, variances, and provide insights for business improvement.
Support management in decision-making through analytical inputs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros, etc.).
Good understanding of database management and reporting tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
