We're seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Indore. As an MIS Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data, handling cash and payment collections, and communicating with customers and stakeholders.
Calling and Communication: Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues Cash Handling and Payment
Handle cash and payment collections from customers Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions
Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement Provide insights to support business decision-making
Proven experience in an MIS or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle cash and payment collections accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
