MIS Executive (Night Shift)

As an MIS Executive at Healthcare Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (HIPL), your role will involve generating, updating, and maintaining MIS reports as per business requirements. You will utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for accurate data management. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making, ensuring timely preparation and sharing of reports, maintaining data confidentiality, and performing ad hoc data analysis as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Generate, update, and maintain MIS reports based on business needs - Utilize Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for precise data management - Analyze data to facilitate strategic decision-making - Ensure reports are prepared and shared with relevant departments in a timely manner - Uphold data confidentiality and integrity - Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting when required Qualifications Required: - Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM - Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Shift: Willingness to work in Night Shift - Attention to Detail: Capacity to handle large data sets accurately Preferred Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline (Commerce or IT preferred) - Previous experience in MIS, Data Entry, or Back Office roles is advantageous - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting In your role at HIPL, you will have the opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive team that values your contributions.
