MIS Executive (Night Shift)

As a MIS Executive at Healthcare Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (HIPL), you will play a crucial role in generating, updating, and maintaining MIS reports as per business requirements. Your expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, will be utilized to perform data analysis and interpret data to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring timely preparation and sharing of reports with relevant departments while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity. Additionally, you will be expected to perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Generate, update, and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements - Utilize Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for accurate data management - Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making - Ensure timely preparation and sharing of reports with relevant departments - Maintain data confidentiality and integrity - Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting as needed Required Candidate Profile: - Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM - Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills - Shift: Comfortable working in Night Shift - Attention to Detail: Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy Preferred Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or IT) - Prior experience in MIS/Data Entry/Back Office roles is an advantage - Ability to work independently and in a team environment Join a vibrant, inclusive team at HIPL that values your contribution and offers a collaborative and supportive work environment.
