MIS Executive - Mumbai

Require candidate for our client, a reputed manufacture of bespoke luxury furniture.

Job Title : MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance, order status, inventory levels, and production schedules.

* Track dispatch timelines, stock movement, and material consumption.

* Coordinate with sales, purchase, production, and warehouse teams to gather and validate data.

* Monitor vendor supply performance and update procurement trackers.

* Create and maintain dashboards for management review on order pipeline, customer requirements, and delivery status.

* Analyze data trends to highlight gaps, delays, or areas of improvement.

* Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas/macros for efficiency.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of all records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Advanced Formulas, Macros).

* Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/industry-specific software).

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, Production, Logistics).

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
