Job Description – Sales Support Executive/MIS Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing (Pet Preform / Packaging / Plastic Industry preferred)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive who will coordinate closely with plant teams and the Sales Director to ensure smooth data flow, MIS reporting, and sales operations. Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing units, especially pet preform or similar industries, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Data Collection & Reporting

• Collect daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from plant/production units.
• Prepare sales, stock, and dispatch reports as per guidelines given by the Sales Director.
• Compile primary & secondary sales MIS.
• Track order status, stock availability, and billing status with plant & warehouse teams.
• Maintain SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise sales reports.

2. Sales Coordination & Support

• Support the Sales Director and sales team with timely MIS and actionable insights.
• Assist in sales forecasting, target vs. achievement reports, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with distributors/dealers for data collection and verification.
• Handle sales order processing, billing coordination, and stock transfer orders (STO).

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with plant, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Support new distributor/dealer onboarding MIS and documentation.
• Coordinate approvals with SBU Head/NSM for STOs or stock movement as required.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in MIS reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
• Advanced Excel, SAP/Tally knowledge preferred.
• Sales coordination and data analysis capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Accuracy, time management, and structured reporting skills.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate (Any discipline), preference for candidates with strong MIS / Data Analytics exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
