MIS Executive (Male)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS databases.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to provide actionable insights.
• Automate routine reports and enhance data visualization through tools like Excel, Power BI.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Perform data reconciliation and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support management with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
• Maintain backup and documentation of reports and processes.
• Help optimize business processes through data-driven recommendation

• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Time management and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, office-based role
• May require occasional extended hours during month-end or reporting cycles

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
