What this job involves –
Prepare management reports (QBR, MMR, HBR & ABR) Monthly reports, weekly reports, in accurate and timely manner.
CAAPS vendor invoices
Raising the JLL invoices on monthly basis

Maintain payment trackers.
JLL POR/POs request
JLL monthly Attendance
JLL Accruals
JLL AMC vendor agreements
JLL Accounts budgets
Monthly global report to JLL team (OneSource Consumables details)
BGV reports for JLL staff.
Sharing the details with JLL CFD team Debt sheet report. (Monthly)
Manpower at Govt School HK staff attendance and invoice raising process on monthly basis.
Prepare the PPT for external events as per the client requirements.
Monthly compliance data sharing with the Virtusa CMB team.
Monthly reports sharing it with CMO team like Waste data, V+Data & Water bills.
Supporting on JCAP
Complete end to end documentation process
Sometimes I will help in client visits, soft services & cafeteria services.
Performance objectives
Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts
Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.
Effective management of the team
Executives MIS/Soft services will have responsibility for the management of a wide range of issues, from strategic Contracts management to input on day-to-day operations.
Executives MIS/Soft services will be highly familiar with the service structure, including responses to requests for assistance on Facilities Management issues from Client staff and arrangements pertaining to all operating expenditures.
Well-groomed and presentable all the time.
Good communication Skills.
