Role: MIS Executive Duration: Full-time Work Mode: Work from office Location: Gurgaon Job Summary : The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's information systems to support efficient data management and decision-making processes. This role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring the integrity and security of information systems. Key Responsibilities : Data Management : Collect, analyze, and disseminate data to management. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports. Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics. System Maintenance : Maintain and update databases and information systems. Perform regular system audits and upgrades. Security : Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive information. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Support and Training : Provide training and support to staff on information systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Strategic Planning : Assist in the planning and implementation of new information systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems meet organizational needs. Liaison : Act as a bridge between the IT department and other departments. Ensure effective communication and understanding of system capabilities and requirements. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in BCom or MBA or a related field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of data management and reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in database management and software applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of data protection regulations. Certification in relevant IT or data management courses.
