MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data across departments to support management decisions. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining databases, verifying data accuracy, and improving data flow efficiency across departments such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reportingo Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, HR, etc.).o Prepare accurate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.o Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).o Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in all reports.2. System & Database Maintenanceo Maintain and update sheet /SAP databases with current information.o Coordinate with SAP team for any data or system-related issues.o Support the integration of data systems across departments.3. Analysis & Decision Supporto Analyze data trends and prepare insights for management decision-making.o Identify discrepancies or abnormalities and provide corrective recommendations.o Track performance against set targets and generate variance analysis.4. Process & Documentationo Maintain proper documentation of reports and backups for audit purposes.o Support process automation and standardization initiatives.o Coordinate with respective teams to ensure timely data submission.5. Cross-Department Coordinationo Liaise with Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure alignment of reports and data.o Support management in preparing presentations, summaries, and ad-hoc reports.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Advanced Excel(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.). Working knowledge of SAP systems or similar ERP platforms. Good understanding of Web Apps and Google Apps Script. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills for cross-department coordination. Ability to handle large data sets and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau for dashboard creation. Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying tools. Prior experience in manufacturing or trading industry. Understanding of business process flow across departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR). Knowledge of automation tools like Power Query, Power Automate, or VBA.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or Business Administration. Certification in Data Analysis / MIS / Advanced Excelwill be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 4to 7 years of experience in MIS, data management, or business reporting (preferably in a manufacturing or trading setup).

Pay: ₹12,206.48 - ₹45,105.40 per month
