Job description

1. Create Tabular, Summary, Matrix reports (Standard & Custom) and dashboards for statistical and quantitative analysis.

2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Reporting documentation (SOPs) and metrics.

3. Create data access and processing tools in Microsoft Excel using Advance excel formulas and logics on Ad hoc basis.

4. Create reports & dashboards providing insights on the different operational levels from Invoice generation to payment receipt (quantification and subjective knowledge) covering loopholes, bottlenecks, issues, and resolution.

5. Coordinating with different business units/departments for taking growth initiatives.

6. Design, monitor, analyze the database reports using advance excel techniques.

7. Bring efficiency to the current company system by using analytical and technical skills.

8. Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.

9. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

10. Generate and develop both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed.

11. Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve recurring issues.

12. Coordinating with different regional offices for different data collection and segregation.

13. Coordinating with support team PAN India for data reconciliation and dashboards.

14. Investigate findings and errors in the database system and put before the management and IT team.

15. Design/Suggest operational flow/working to Fastrack the current system and implement the same in the system.

16. Use VBA (as necessary) to improve the efficiency of reporting and dashboard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
