Openings: 20 Vacancies Location: Thane EOS Globe (Eureka Outsourcing Solutions), 5th Floor, High Street Mall Process: HDFC Back Office Shift Timing: Morning Shift (between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM – 9-hour shift) Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off Salary Offered: 18,000 – 25,000 (In-Hand)
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced MIS Executives to join our team for the HDFC Back Office Process at EOS Globe in Thane. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 2 years of experience with solid hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel and a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports • Analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights • Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for efficient data processing • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely reporting • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality • Assist in preparing performance reports, trend analysis, and dashboards • Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management
Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream) • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in MIS or reporting role • Skills Required: • Proficiency in Advanced Excel • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Basic communication skills
