1) Preparing accurate and error-free data.
B) Reports
1) Preparing and submission of various reports within the timeline.
2) Submission of the total available tender report to management on daily basis
3) State wise tender report, GeM and Offline tender report, EMD, Amount of payment done for tender and its refund, details of tender received, Outstanding summary report
4) Outstanding metrics report to the collection team.
5) Manpower addition and deletion reports. Manpower shortage report
6) Attendance verification of the Corporate and Operations team.
C) Process Improvement
1) Improving the process for better efficiency.
2) effectiveness in data presentation.
3) Accuracy of data provided
