Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive cum Data Analyst

Location:

Job Purpose:

To manage, analyse, and interpret data to provide meaningful insights for decision-making. Responsible for maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyse data from various sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, reports, and presentations.
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
Develop automated reports, templates, and tools for efficient reporting.
Work closely with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
Identify data inconsistencies and provide corrective measures.
Support management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Hands-on experience with
Power BI/Tableau
or similar tools preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce/Science/Statistics/IT or related field.
4-6 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis.
Knowledge of SQL or database management will be an added advantage.
