PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Vendor Communication & Coordination:

a. Segregate priority SKUs vendor wise and communicate to vendors. Consolidate timelines shared by vendors.

b. Communicate FG (Finished Goods) allocation details to vendors and coordinate with vendors for priority loading.

c. Handle inter-converter RM (Raw Material) movement, including mail communication to vendors.

2. Production & System Management:

a. Follow up on the TECO (Technically Complete) status of production orders that are ageing above 60 days.

b. Incorporate Alt BOM (Alternate Bill of Materials) in production orders as required.

c. Consolidate and share vendor-wise design mixing and value addition tracker on daily basis.

d.  Share Inventory tracker status for locations like Logical plant, D&D, RESL, and WIP1.

3. Reporting & Data Consolidation:

a. Prepare and maintain a daily tracker for priority SKUs.

b. Consolidate SKU-wise WIP (Work in Progress) data from vendors.

c. Circulate the daily MIS NR GR report to the HO team.

d. Follow up with the Finance team for SKU code creation and cost rollup for critical GT SKUs.

4. Audit Compliances:

a. Collation of audit-related data from the vendors at a regular frequency.

5. Vendor Onboarding:

a. End-to-end involvement in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and onboarding of new vendors in

SAP.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

• Vendor Communication: Ensuring clear and timely communication with converters regarding production and audit compliances.

• Data Accuracy: Accurately consolidating and reporting key operational data such as WIP, priority timelines, and FG allocations.

• System Entry: Performing production order creation and updates with precision in the SAP system.

• Reporting: Preparing and circulating daily reports to internal teams.
