Mis Executive

Role Summary:

The MIS Executive Sales will be responsible for managing sales and operations data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support business growth. The role requires advanced Excel skills, analytical ability, and effective communication to coordinate with teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations Analysis

• Perform year-on-year sales comparison and overall analysis.
• Conduct internal department analysis (In-Patient & Out-Patient MIS).
• Generate area-wise, month-on-month performance reports with actionable insights.

Sales Data Management

• Track and report sales team performance, conversion ratios, and expenses (RTM, CME, ORC, monthly team expenses, neighborhood health camps, corporate health talks).
• Maintain and update daily sales and operations data in Google Sheets.
• Prepare weekly data workings and PPTs for review meetings.
• Develop monthly sales and operations presentations for BRM.

Consultant / Referral Payouts

• Process consultant/surgeon referral payouts on a weekly basis (IP) and monthly (OP).
• Ensure proper documentation – PAN, cancelled cheque, ledger creation for smooth payments.
• Generate and share transaction IDs with the sales team after payment completion.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate ledgers and documentation for audit and compliance.
• Follow up with the sales team on referral patient status and update records accordingly.

Tools & Skills

• Advanced knowledge of

  Excel

  (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, shortcuts).
• Proficiency in

  Word & PowerPoint

  for report preparation and presentations.
• Knowledge of

  Power BI

  (optional, preferred).
• Strong English communication skills for report writing and MIS presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English for report presentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
