Job Description

Data Management: Collect, clean, organize, and maintain real estate data (leads, bookings, walk-ins, inventory, payments).
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, or BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau).
KPI Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams for data flow and accuracy.
System Maintenance: Manage CRM databases (like Salesforce), ensure data integrity, and support system upgrades.
Automation: Improve reporting efficiency through automation using formulas, macros, or scripting.
Ad-hoc Support: Provide customized reports and data analysis for strategic planning.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, charts), CRM software (Salesforce), BI Tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL (basic), Macros/App Script.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, self-driven, excellent communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting, preferably in Real Estate.
