Position Details

Job Purpose / Objective

To lead the companys MIS, reporting, and data analytics functions, ensuring accurate and timely business insights that support strategic decision-making. The role focuses on developing dashboards, optimizing costs, integrating data systems, and transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for leadership.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Manage and oversee all MIS and Data Analytics operations across departments.
• Design and maintain Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards for management reporting.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from SQL Server, ERP systems.
• Develop cost and profitability analysis dashboards to support financial decisions.
• Automate recurring reports, reducing manual workload and improving accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Production, and Sales teams to align KPIs and reporting standards.
• Conduct variance, trend, and forecasting analysis to support budgeting and planning.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure integrity across all MIS reports.
• Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and data warehouse maintenance.
• Train end-users on analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent

Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics

Certifications

Power BI, SQL, SAP (PP/PM/QM), or Data Visualization certification

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL Server, SAP (PP, PM, QM)
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Macros, DAX, Power Query)
