MIS Analyst

Globallogic is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to oversee and improve the company's information systems. As an MIS Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data, creating reports, and implementing enhancements to ensure efficient data management and decision-making processes. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is required. Knowledge of Python Basics would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You should be able to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively. In this role, you will be required to collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making will be a key responsibility. Developing and implementing data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality is also part of the job. You will need to generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Collaboration with different teams to understand business objectives and design data-driven solutions is crucial. Monitoring and evaluating key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations will be expected. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes and findings, as well as working with data warehousing technologies and SQL queries, are important aspects of this role.
