Job Title: Collection Officer

Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding dues from customers in the Nellore region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field collections, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of local geography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for payment collection and follow-up on pending dues.

• Maintain daily collection reports and update records accurately.

• Negotiate with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely recovery.

• Coordinate with branch managers and back-office teams for payment settlements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI recovery guidelines.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections / recovery (preferably in NBFC, banking, or telecom sector).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Familiarity with local geography of Nellore and nearby areas.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Android apps for reporting.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

Education:

• Minimum: 10+2 or Graduation in any stream.

Preferred Language:

• Telugu, Hindi, and basic English
