Middleware Admin Lead Chennai - Guindy, India Information Technology 17033 Overview As part of the Prodaptian delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Responsibilities Required: 5+ years of experience in middleware administration or related roles Proven expertise in middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, Apache Log 4J, JDK versions. Experience with application middleware solutions and architectures Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Preferred: Experience leading application middleware projects in a environment. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Daveops and Kubernetes. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation Relevant certifications in middleware technologies or cloud platforms Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Deep knowledge of middleware platforms and tools Proficiency in monitoring and performance tuning of middleware systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes Understanding of database technologies and their integration with middleware solutions Requirements Technical expertiseProficiency in middleware technologies such as WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, etc. Problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. CollaborationStrong teamwork and communication skills. Security knowledgeUnderstanding of IT security policies and protocols. Documentation skillsAbility to document configurations and processes clearly.
