Microsoft SSIS Developer - Remote - Immediate Joiners

Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using

  SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

   for financial and regulatory data.
• Schedule, automate, and monitor workflows using

  UC4 (Automic)

   to ensure performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain

  financial data warehouse solutions

   with a focus on

  regulatory and compliance reporting

  .
• Design and implement

  Star Schemas and OLAP Cubes

   to optimize data models for analytics and reporting.
• Create and enhance reports/dashboards using

  SSRS and Power BI

   for business and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver results.
• Ensure

  data accuracy, compliance, and integrity

   across reporting systems.
• Provide support in

  performance tuning, troubleshooting, and process optimization

   for ETL and reporting workflows.

Non-Negotiable Skillset

• Overall

  7 or 7+ years of experience in SSIS with finance/banking domain

• Skillset must have:

  SSIS, UC4, Financial Datawarehouse, Regulatory data

• Hands-on experience with:

  Star Schema, Cubes, SSRS, Power BI, Basics of Azure & Hyperion

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong

  SQL development and debugging

   skills
• Deep understanding of

  financial datasets, compliance, and regulatory reporting

• Proven ability to

  design, optimize, and maintain large-scale ETL and data warehouse solutions

• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and business teams
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving

   mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to

  cloud migration projects

   or hybrid environments (

  Azure

  )
• Experience in

  process automation and data governance

   in finance
• Knowledge of

  financial regulations and reporting standards
