Microsoft Fabric Developer

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Fabric Developer to design, build, and operationalize modern analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabrics unified data platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Fabric Data Pipelines, Lakehouse architecture, Power BI, Synapse, and Data Engineering workloads within the Fabric ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• • Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics)
• • Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Data Factory and Synapse Data Pipelines
• • Develop and maintain Lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake and medallion patterns
• • Build, optimize, and manage Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reports as part of the Fabric ecosystem
• • Implement data processing using PySpark, SQL, and Notebook-based development within Fabric
• • Integrate data from various sources into Fabric using Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and connectors
• • Optimize data ingestion, transformations, and storage for performance and cost
• • Work closely with business stakeholders to convert analytical needs into scalable Fabric-based data models
• • Implement best practices for governance, lineage, security, and workspace management within Fabric
• • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance Fabric workloads, pipelines, and datasets

Required Skills & Experience

• • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, including:
• • Data Engineering (Lakehouse, Notebooks, Delta Tables)
• • Data Pipelines (Fabric Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines)
• • Dataflows Gen2
• • Power BI Datasets & Semantic Models
• • Fabric Warehouse / SQL Analytics endpoint
• • Strong skills in Power BI:
• • Data modeling
• • DAX
• • Power Query / M
• • Dashboard/report development
• • Proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL for advanced data transformations
• • Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Medallion architecture
• • Understanding of enterprise data warehousing, Lakehouse, and modern analytics patterns
• • Familiarity with Fabric administration, governance, security policies, and workspace management
• • Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD for Fabric/Power BI deployments
• • Experience integrating Fabric with Azure services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Event Hubs)
• • Knowledge of data observability and monitoring within Fabric and Azure
• • Exposure to Azure Purview / data governance tools
• • Understanding of real-time analytics or streaming within Fabric
