Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Specialist to design, implement, and optimize advanced data analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement
data pipelines, dataflows, and datasets
using Microsoft Fabric.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in
Power BI
, ensuring data accuracy and visual appeal.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
Optimize performance of Power BI reports and data models for large-scale datasets.
Configure and manage
data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics environments
within Microsoft Fabric.
Integrate diverse data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based systems, into unified analytics platforms.
Apply best practices in
data governance, security, and compliance
within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Automate data refreshes and workflows using
Power Automate
,
Data Factory
, or other automation tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to drive innovation and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders on utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Power BI tools effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with
Power BI development
, including DAX, M language, and advanced visualization techniques.
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Fabric
, including Synapse, Data Factory, and Dataflows.
Strong knowledge of
data modeling, ETL processes
, and relational and non-relational database systems.
Expertise in integrating diverse data sources, such as SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and Excel.
Familiarity with
Azure services
, including Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Logic Apps.
Solid understanding of
data governance, security, and compliance
best practices.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages like
Python

SQL

PowerShell
.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
