Job Description

Oversee theplanning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing(MEP) systems on construction projects
Manage projectbudgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEPequipment
Performquality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highestindustry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
Investigateand implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices to improveproject efficiency
Preparation ofMIS reports review progress with contractor on day to day activities.
