Total Exp: 7-11 yrs

• Minimum of 7-11 years of progressive experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server environments (versions 2013, 2016, 2019).
• Significant hands-on experience with Hybrid Exchange deployments and managing connectivity between on-premises and Exchange Online.
• Extensive experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange Online services within a Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, and directory synchronization (Azure AD Connect).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks
• • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts relevant to messaging (e.g., DNS, SMTP, firewalls, load balancing).
  • Knowledge of security best practices for Microsoft messaging platforms.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and techniques for Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation skills.
