Hi all, We are hiring for the role Microsoft Endpoint Specialist Experience: 10 - 12 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days Skills: Mandatory Skills: Intune, SCCM, AD Job Description: As a Technical Cloud Architect specializing in Microsoft Intune, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering cloud-based device management solutions, primarily focused on Intune and related Microsoft 365 technologies. With your extensive experience in cloud platforms, enterprise mobility, security, and device management, you will drive the design and implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure to manage modern workplaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic input and technical expertise while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Intune Deployment & Management: Plan, deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise-scale environments. Design and implement policies for Mobile Device Management (MDM) , Mobile Application Management (MAM) , and compliance requirements. Create and enforce security policies, conditional access, and identity protection using Azure AD and Intune . Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to understand needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions. Provide technical guidance and lead workshops on cloud technologies, device management, and security best practices. Advise leadership on emerging trends in cloud infrastructure, security, and device management technologies. Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud-based device management solutions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Collaborate with the security team to implement Zero Trust security models, endpoint encryption, and advanced threat protection. Automation & Optimization: Lead the automation of cloud-based infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and software distribution using tools like PowerShell or Azure Automation . Continuously evaluate the performance and efficiency of cloud-based solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. Cloud Architecture Design & Development: Architect and design end-to-end solutions for modern workplace management using Microsoft Intune . Lead the design of cloud-based infrastructure for device management, security, and compliance for both mobile and desktop platforms. Develop hybrid cloud architectures integrating Microsoft Azure with on-premises infrastructure and third-party services. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on cloud infrastructure performance and compliance.
