Microsoft Dynamics – Functional Consultant

The Dynamics 365 Consultant will gather and analyze business requirements, customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet client needs, and provide end-user training and support. The role includes conducting gap analysis, documenting functional designs, collaborating with technical teams for system integration, testing and validating solutions, and staying updated with new features and updates of Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet client needs.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Conduct gap analysis.
• Document functional designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration.
• Test and validate implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 updates and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).
• Business process analysis and mapping.
• Functional design documentation.
• Configuration of forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Preferred: Experience with integrations and third-party tools.
