Microsoft Dynamics Developer

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing application architectures, defining system integration strategies, and creating new components in relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You should possess sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM Online entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, plugin and custom workflow development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model, and UI development. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure system integration based on industry best practices. Your key responsibilities will include working with collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, partnering with multiple teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, resolving high impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes, designing advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, developing and supporting custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, designing business processes and integrations, interpreting business requirements and technical specifications, and establishing standard development processes, controls, and environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft CRM Development, experience developing MS Dynamics 365 with latest versions, experience in application testing of configurations and customizations, experience maintaining Azure resources related to the CRM application, experience in building, deploying, and supporting Web Services, working knowledge of .NET and/or C#, experience in developing Power BI reports for Dynamics CRM, knowledge of agile software development life-cycle, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in technical and business areas, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, ability to work independently, commitment to quality standards, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and stressful project environment.
