Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization in the Indian market. Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security settings in alignment with local data privacy regulations. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness through ongoing data validation, cleansing, and de-duplication efforts. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to streamline business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Provide training and support to Salesforce users in India, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend process improvements. Assist with Salesforce integrations with other systems as required for Indian operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning Experience. Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities. Familiarity with Indian data privacy regulations such as GDPR, and experience implementing Salesforce solutions in compliance with these regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones. Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, including solution design owner, technology design experts, architects, and other developers, to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your main focus will be on customizing, configuring, optimizing and extending Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components and to create and maintain technical documentations. As the Developer you will work with internal and external teams in developing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions. Main responsibilities: Develop applications, enhancements, and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Integrate Salesforce with external systems to facilitate data exchange and streamline business processes. Conduct thorough unit testing of developed code and resolve any defects or issues that arise during the testing phase. Participate in the deployment process, including the migration of code between development, testing, and production environments. Skills, Education and Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce Hands on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Marketing and Experience) will be an added advantage. Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and knowledge of Salesforce APIs Good knowledge of handling & simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT, etc. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Should possess Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s). Other Salesforce certification(s) are an added advantage.
