Microsoft Dynamics Crm Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on knowledge in plugin development, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Experience in Project Operations module and CI/CD, data migration, and Azure integrations is highly preferred.
The role involves designing, customizing, and supporting scalable business applications built on Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop extensions for Dynamics 365 CE using:
• C# / .NET plugins, custom workflow activities
• JavaScript / TypeScript client-side scripting
• Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas)
• Power Automate flows
• Configure and customize D365 Project Operations:
• Sales Quotation WFM Project planning
• Resource scheduling & project accounting
• Custom entities, workflows, business rules
• Build integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIs, Logic Apps.
• Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions (Dataverse, security roles, environments).
• Work closely with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform debugging, optimization, and code reviews.
• Support deployments, version control, and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 36 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.
• Strong hands-on skills in C#, .NET, plugin development, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Good understanding of D365 CE architecture, security model, ALM.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, integrations, Azure Functions/Logic Apps/Service Bus.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to other modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service.
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD automation for Power Platform.
• Experience in large-scale or multi-country implementations.
• Relevant certifications:
• PL-400, MB-910/920
• MB-220/230/240
• Project Operations certification
