Job Summary:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Dynamics 365 solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central).
• Prepare functional design documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and system validation.
• Provide end-user training and create user manuals/guides.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to implement advanced features and integrations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (CRM and/or ERP).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central).
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Proficiency in creating functional documentation and conducting workshops.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Certification (preferred).
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Azure integrations and data migration.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in industry-specific Dynamics 365 solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
