Business Process Designer Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical

Location

Job Summary

Business Process Designer

Key Responsibilities

Act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in business process design and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Analyze and improve existing business processes and workflows.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
Collaborate with business users to gather detailed product requirements and translate them into use cases.
Design feedback mechanisms and continuous monitoring frameworks to track process effectiveness.
Work across multiple teams to drive decisions and align processes with business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers in process improvement projects.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have

Strong technical expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
Deep understanding of
business process analysis
and
workflow optimization
Hands-on experience with
ERP configurations
,
customizations
, and
technical integrations
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Good-to-Have

Experience with
business process modeling tools
(e.g., Visio, BPMN, ARIS)
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
