Microsoft D365 Business Central Quality Assurance Analyst

We are actively interviewing experienced Microsoft functional professionals to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. As a D365 Business Central Tester, you will work closely with RSM developers and other project team members to test and validate various vertical industry solutions. Additionally, you can expect to help with automated test scripts and end user documentation development.

You will be a valued member of a team developing industry-based solutions to be used by our implementation team within D365 Business Central. Your deep functional knowledge and skills in D365 Business Central will allow you to work with confidence and ensure the success of yourself, your projects, and your clients. This role will require extensive experience with D365 Business Central.

• Through interpersonal and presentation skills, effectively demonstrate the capabilities of D365 Business Central.
• Consult developers around core functionality of D365 Business Central to aide in custom extension development.
• Learn and master industry vertical solutions created by RSM and support developers to extend solutions for industry requirements.
• Perform quality assurance testing and validation of solutions developed by the team.
• Perform system configuration and test data creation within D365 Business Central to support extension implementation.
• Design, Document, and maintain test plans and automated test scripts and process flows.
• Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent IT degree.
• 5+ years of implementation experience using Microsofts D365 Business Central and / or previous versions of Dynamics NAV.
• Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly.
• Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred.
• Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations.

• Minimum of two Microsoft D365 Business Central/ NAV certifications (Manufacturing and Finance preferred).
• Complex Delivery Experience
• Prior experience working in manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and/or life science industries.
