Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Microsoft CRM System Administrator to join our team. As a key IT team member, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring its stability, security, and performance. CRM SYS ADMIN: • Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, ensuring system availability, performance, and security. • Managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings. . Deployment of solutions and configurations • Implementing security policies and standards. • Testing and validating that configurations and customizations made to the system will produce quality and accurate output. • Monitoring and optimizing system performance, availability, and reliability using various tools and methods to resolve issues. • Support, create, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics workflows and customizations • Develop operational and management reporting and dashboards • Develop new forms and modify existing forms • Plan and conduct testing and system upgrades SKILLS: • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics (latest version is Dynamics 365) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Data-driven, algorithmic, and critical thinking. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate) are preferred. • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Relational database management, including queries, reporting, and administration, is desired.
