Skill: HCM Consultant Experience: 5+ years Location: Hyderabad Work mode: Hybrid Notice period: 0-30 Days Hire type: C2H Timings: UK shift Shift: 12.00 PM 9.00 PM Job Description: • Drive HCM implementation. • Support production. • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM. • Setup the system/configure environment and work on issues. • Write functional design documents and work with development. • Test enhancement/Oracle upgrades. • Solution Design, Develop, and deploy. • Work with Business Stakeholders and drive leadership discussions.
