Skill: Business Analysis - CRM Subject matter expert Experience: 9+ years Location: Gurugram, Hyderabad Work mode: WFO Looking for immediate joiners Hire type: Contract to hire *** We have a requirement for 1 BA who is a CRM subject matter expert. Need not be from the telecom sector; if a legal background, that will definitely help. *** Shift TimingsMonday to Friday, UK Shift (IST 01:30 PM to 10:00 PM / IST 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM (daylight saving)). Job Description: -->An overall experience of around 9 years with a minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role. -->Proven experience in requirements gathering tools/techniques, including user stories, use cases, Process Modelling, and workshops/interviews. -->Proven experience in business analysis tasks on large-scale CRM implementations in professional services organisations. -->Data analysis skills (data flow diagrams, data modelling, data migration, and integration strategies). -->Excellent communication skills in order to engage, lead, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
