Job Description

Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer

Experience - 3 yrs - 8 yrs

Location - Pan India

Notice period - Immediate- 30 days

Mandatory Skills

Microsoft Copilot Studio
Hands-on experience in developing and configuring AI agents.
Automation & AI Development
Minimum 2 years in automation or low-code platforms.
Power Platform Expertise
– Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Python
– For AI development or scripting.
Low-Code Tech Stack
– Proven experience in building solutions.
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
– Solid understanding of concepts.
Cloud Architecture Knowledge
– Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Enterprise Integration & DevOps Practices
– Familiarity with patterns and processes.
Secure & Scalable AI Solutions
– Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Advanced AI Concepts
– Multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, autonomous agent design.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Build and configure AI agents in Copilot Studio.
Integrate agents with
Power Apps
and
Power Automate
for workflow automation.
Develop custom connectors for diverse data sources.
Support conversational AI features and optimize performance.
Troubleshoot and maintain reliability of deployed solutions.

Required Profile:

Experience:
8+ years overall; 2+ years in automation/AI or low-code platforms; hands-on with Copilot Studio.
Skills in
Power Automate
,
Python
, and low-code tech stack.
Strong understanding of
NLP
, automation, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP), enterprise integration, and DevOps.
Familiarity with advanced AI concepts (multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, autonomous agents).

Nice-to-Have:

API key authentication basics, Python expertise, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
Experience with generative/agentic AI prototyping, SAP/Oracle integration, AI safety testing.
Consulting or client-facing technical experience.
