Microsoft 365 Cloud Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Microsoft 365 Cloud Developer with over 8 years of experience designing and automating enterprise collaboration and compliance solutions across Microsoft 365 workloads.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure development, with strong experience in automation, governance, compliance, and end-to-end scripting solutions for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Purview.

The role demands deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable automation frameworks in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Automation & Development

• Design, script, and deploy PowerShell- and Graph API-based automation solutions across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Purview.
• Build automation frameworks that improve governance, compliance, lifecycle management, and reporting.
  

Project: Exchange Online Governance Toolkit

• Develop automation for compliance search, reporting, and sensitive content audits.
• Implement seamless OneDrive upload workflows using Graph API.
  

Project: Teams Telephony Automation Framework

• Automate end-to-end phone number assignment and provisioning for Teams users.
• Build scripts integrating Teams PowerShell with Microsoft Graph API and Azure Functions.
  

Project: Microsoft Purview DLP Compliance Engine

• Automate deployment and monitoring of DLP and sensitivity label policies across Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Integrate compliance alerts directly into Teams channels.
  

Project: SharePoint & OneDrive Governance Automation

• Develop automation for external sharing audits, retention label reporting, and governance workflows using PnP.PowerShell, CSOM, and Graph API.
  

Enterprise Automation & Scripting

• Create cross-platform automation scripts and reporting solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to deploy enterprise-scale solutions.
  

Earlier Experience

• Support hybrid Exchange environments through scripting, mailbox migrations, monitoring, and compliance workflows.
• Build foundational PowerShell scripts for identity lifecycle management and Exchange Online operations.
