Job Description

As a department supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of technicians within your department. It will be your duty to ensure the effective implementation of the Quality System, including preparing test procedures and ensuring the quality of test results. You will also be in charge of updating all documents and records, as well as providing in-house training to subordinates when necessary. In addition, part of your role will involve periodically assessing subordinates in terms of their quality consciousness, quantity of work performed, discipline, and overall behavior and attitude. Based on these assessments, you will be required to suggest training needs to help improve their performance. Furthermore, maintaining the confidentiality of information regarding patients is crucial in this position. Your adherence to confidentiality guidelines will be essential to uphold the trust and privacy of the individuals under your departments care.,
