Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Microbiologist role located in Baddi. The Microbiologist will perform daily laboratory testing, analyze microbiological samples, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment, supporting quality control processes, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance practices within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong competency in Laboratory Skills and proficiency in operating Laboratory Equipment
• Expertise in Microbiology, including knowledge of techniques and analysis
• Experience in Quality Control processes for pharmaceutical products
• Understanding and knowledge of Quality Assurance protocols in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a laboratory environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
