Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and self-motivated Community Leaders to launch and manage their own English-speaking communities within Fondi.

This is a unpaid with commission-based on communtiy, independent role, best suited for those with prior experience in community management and a passion for connecting people around shared goals or interests.

Key Responsibilities

* Launch and lead your own online community within the Fondi platform

* Drive growth by connect, and engaging new members in our app

* Foster ongoing engagement through discussions, activities, and shared value

* Represent Fondi’s values and act as a trusted leader within your space

* Deliver consistent value through insights, resources, or facilitated conversations

Ideal Candidate

* Experience in community management, facilitation, or leadership

* Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal support

* Strong personal or professional mission that can serve as a foundation for your community
