Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MICE Operations Executive located in Gurgaon. The MICE Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating events, ensuring exceptional execution tailored to clients' requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing event logistics, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, handling budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering customized experiences. Collaboration with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of events is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to plan, organize, and execute large-scale events seamlessly.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to problem-solve, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management tools and technology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the MICE industry is highly advantageous.
