Job Description


 
Your Role 
  • Ensure24x7 uptimeand reliability of the MFT platform for banking operations.
  • Usemonitoring tools and scriptsto proactively detect and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teamsfor troubleshooting.
  • Maintainsecurity protocolsfor sensitive data transfers.
  • Performsystem upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
  • Documentsupport processes and configurations.
  • Participate inon-call rotationsfor after-hours support.

    Your Profile 
  • 4 to 12years ofHands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT, IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, or Axway MFT
  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools like RevSoft.
  • Experience withemail automation in MFT platforms.
  • Proficiency inAPM toolsDatadog, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Strongscripting skillsPython, Bash.Expertise in encryption setupsPGP, SSH, GPG.
  • Experience withinstallation, upgrades, and configuration of MFT platforms.
  • Knowledge ofDMZ file gateway and ad-hoc file transfer setups.
  • Familiarity withsecure protocolsSFTP, AS2, FTPS.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Understanding ofITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
