CD installations, upgrades, configurations, security, and basic Connect Direct commands. Connect Direct Cluster configuration in UNIX and Windows. Secure+ with TLS protocol. Certificate renewals. File Agent Configurations Sterling Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy and Sterling File gateway partner and protocol configurations. *** NON EDI/MAPS *** Attachmate FileXpress SFTP/FTPs infrastructure (and some supporting components) Operating Platform Infrastructure Integration knowledge: Strong UNIX skills Shell scripting skills Windows operating systems Monitoring tools like Control Centre Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work and adapt to an increasingly global operating model. Able to understand and articulate technical issues to a non-Middleware and/or non-technical audience
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of CLOUD technologies specific to file transfer product deployment / configuration / migrations MFT certification (CFTP, IBM certified CD admin, SI certification) and/or ITIL certification Exposure to CHEF, JENKINS, Puppet
